Hello,

I wanted to drop you a short note and tell you how much we enjoyed our travels in Vietnam. I did quite a bit of research on prior to contacting you on where I wanted to go and what I wanted to see. Your job of setting everything up based on my proposed itinerary was outstanding. As you know, I was working with another travel agency prior to contacting you, and their price for the same itinerary was 25% higher than your quote. While your company may have been less expensive, everything about the trip was first class. The cars we were transported in were newer models and impeccably clean. The drivers were always on time, and were very professional. Our guides spoke great English and were not only informative, but were also fun to be around. The guides we also very flexible on the tours, so that we never felt rushed and had time to shop or look around at our leisure. The hotel choices were wonderful throughout the trip, and our decision to upgrade to the deluxe beachfront room at the Victoria Hoi An really made that part of the trip special. The choice of restaurants for meals during our tours was excellent, and we always found wonderful food on our own during the parts of our trip that we were not on tours with your guides. Your selection of the boat company for our overnight cruise on Ha Long bay was also wonderful. The junk itself was beautiful and comfortable, and the guide and staff aboard were excellent. All of the bookings of our intra-country flights were handled masterfully, and being able to speak with you by telephone when one of our flights was delayed was reassuring. Again thank you for handling all the legwork, which allowed us to have relaxing and wonderful trip.
